热质量流量测量

Thermal mass flow measurement

The principle of thermal measurement is mainly used in the field of measurement where the sensitivity is extremely high and the measurement of the minimum flow rate in both directions. The heating element and the temperature sensitive resistor, which are the core components of the sensor, use the temperature profile in the medium to detect the mass flow rate. The fast-responding, high-precision sensor technology is ideal for detecting the smallest air flow (eg medical ventilators).

Volume flow measurement sensor

Our differential pressure sensor is suitable for measuring the volumetric flow rate of a gas according to a differential pressure process. The sensor records the minimum pressure drop across the flow element (eg, screen, nozzle, laminar flow, etc.) equal to the measured volume flow rate. The rugged, high-precision, ultra-low pressure differential pressure sensor reliably monitors the amount of media flowing through the pipeline at any given time.
